Fruit and protein are ways to keep you full without added sugars, preservative or calories when snacking. Try Greek yogurt with your favorite berry such as raspberry, strawberry or blueberries. Keep an eye out for what is in season to stay within your budget. Making a fresh trail mix with almonds, raisins, and granola will keep you going and not increase your waist line.
